Traditional Burial: We have several options for
traditional burial. The newly developed section is our premium
section. The premium spaces are selling for $4650* each and
the 2nd right of interment (one space for two burials) may be
purchased for 50% the cost of the space. The rest section of the
Garden of Devotion sells for $3150*. TA 2nd right of interment may also be
purchased in this section.
We are also offering a Pre-Installed lawn
crypt package. We have pre-installed double depth lawn crypts
in this section ad we sell the space, 2nd right of interment and the
double vault together in a package for $6650*.
Cremation
property:
We have several different options to
offer you when it comes to cremation property. Our least expensive
option is our Lily Pond Community Rest. The community
rest sells for $475*.
Our second option is an area set
aside in our main lawn that is used specifically for cremations.
These spaces sell for $1500* each. A second right of interment
may be purchased in this lawn as well.
Our third option is an above ground
burial for two in one of our columbarium
niches. We have several niches placed around our park that we
have fabricated rocks around to blend in with the natural
surroundings. The niches are currently selling for
$5500-$6500*. The second right of interment, endowment care
and two memorials nameplates are included in this price.
Another option is our garden named
Whispering Waters. This garden is set aside solely
for cremation use. In this garden, the cremation burials are
made in a flowerbed that runs alongside a creek. There are 3
sections in this garden that sell for $4500 and $6000*. This
is a package that includes the space, the second right of interment,
two bronze memorials mounted on a piece of flagstone.
Our
final option is purchasing a full sized grave in our main garden for
$3150*. This grave can be used for up to 6 cremation burials.
Mausoleum Entombment:
We are
currently pre-selling the first bay of our mausoleum which we are
hoping to begin construction on this year. Mausoleum crypts are are
currently starting at $3950*.

endowment care for traditional spaces and $100 for cremation spaces.
